Cattrall was born 21 August 1956. She is an actress from the United Kingdom.
She is a British actress and a Canadian actor. Her most well-known role is her
part in Sex and the City's Samantha Jones (1998-2004), in which she received
five Emmy Awards and four Golden Globe Award nominations. She also won the 2002
Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Artistress. The role was reprised in the
films Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010). Cattrall made her
film debut in Rosebud (1975) and was later seen in several television roles.
The 1980s saw she gained to fame thanks to films like Ticket to Heaven (1981),
Police Academy (1984) and Hold-Up (1985). She was also seen in City Limits
(1985), Big Trouble in Little China(86), Mannequin (1987), Masquerade (1888),
Midnight Crossing (1988) and The Return of the Musketeers (1989). Tribute
(1980), Porky's (81), Turk 182(85), and Baby Geniuses (999) were just a few of
the occasions she co-starred with Bob Clark. Her credits on film include The
Bonfire of the Vanities (90), Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country(91), Split
Second(92), Above Suspicion (1995) and 15 Minutes (2001), Crossroads(2002), Ice
